(1) Vendor needs to provide home visiting system. – Implement home visiting programs that prioritize prenatal and infant Enrolment using an approved evidence–based home visiting model: Healthy Families America, Nurse Family Partnership, and Parents as Teachers.– Agency seeks proposals from qualified organizations with the demonstrated capacity to implement high–quality home visiting services that are responsive to the strengths, needs, and priorities of the families and communities they serve.– Improve maternal and infant health outcomes by ensuring pregnant and postpartum individuals receive timely, effective, and holistic support through evidence–based home visiting.– Strengthen early childhood development and positive parenting practices by using developmental screening tools and evidence–based supports to build skills, confidence, and healthy parent/child relationships.– Reduce the incidence of child maltreatment by engaging caregivers during the prenatal and perinatal periods, equipping them with resources, knowledge, and support to foster safe, stable, nurturing home environments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The Optional Letter of Intent must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
