(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Provide financial advisory services regarding real estate development and related funding options.– The Financial Advisor should be familiar with both rental and homeownership development programs and should have experience working with housing authorities who self–develop their projects as well as those that engage third–party developers. – Real estate development and financial advisory services and advice in connection with agency real estate development projects, including projects of its affiliates. Investigate financial structures for these projects.– Analyze and make recommendations regarding multifamily and single–family development budget sources.– Analyze and make recommendations regarding the anticipated level of equity to be invested in projects through the syndication of low–income housing tax credits and bonds– Develop, or assist with the development of, financial plans for the development of mixed–finance development sites– Identify and provide written reports, as needed, detailing financial implications of terms and conditions and risk imposed by investors and propose specific measures to mitigate these risks.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
