(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater system field survey and GIS mapping service to the government authority located in Woodinville, WA.• Stormwater data is used for tracking asset work orders, identifying stormwater management needs, protecting and restoring water quality, complying with regulatory requirements of the agency and comprehensive stormwater management planning.• Phase I accomplished the following goals:1. Performed a GIS Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis to determine deficiencies in current GIS mapping of the City’s stormwater drainage system and key data gaps that need to be filled.2. Documented Methods and Procedures to create a plan describing the proposed geodatabase schema updates, detailed workflow recommendations, methods for digitizing stormwater features from engineering drawings, and field methods for data collection.3. Performed GIS analysis and asset mapping for approximately 33% of the City’s stormwater system. This included the transfer of all existing City stormwater data from shapefiles to a geodatabase schema and developed documentation including a Technical Memorandum that will be used to continue collecting uniform stormwater data and a public–facing web map through ArcGIS Online – Web Map.4. Developed a Data Management Plan that describes ongoing data management workflows and procedures.
