(1) Vendor needs to provide regional photography and video shoot services. • Minimum of 50 final photos per authority areao Shoot wide or provide format choices that work for design and advertising purposesie vertical, horizontal or panoramic.o File formats: WebP and JPEG• Minimum of 10 minutes of b roll video per authority areao Video does not need audio or soundtracked as this will be used as stock footage• Asset right documents where relevant including model release, property release, artistlicence, film permit– Video must be shot wide with formatting options for variable edits across digital platforms. Footage must be a mixture of destination establishing hero shots and dynamic experiential video showcasing key products in each area.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
