(1) Vendor needs to provide audit, assess and update online media consultant service to the government authority located in Louis, MO. – Perform an audit and assess agency’s online media, addressing points of ADA non–compliance with standards and completing updates to the online media to ensure compliance. • Audit and assessment of online media:– Perform an audit / conducting an assessment and evaluating the agency’s online media and identifying instances of ADA non–compliance.– Conduct an initial meeting with relevant agency staff to discuss the work approach, identify major and minor issues in existing online media, and review methods for addressing potential areas of non–compliance.• Development of online media:– Complete the online media development and remediation work necessary to address identified instances of ADA non–compliance.– This work must include the online media, corrective actions, and priorities identified in the approved detailed work plan.• Staff training and documentation:– Develop a syllabus or overview for agency staff training.– Training materials must be developed and tailored to each staff role for example, IT personnel will require different training than communications personnel.• Maintenance expectations:– Monthly CMS/plugin updates– Bug fixes and security patches– Annual content clean–up– Response time within 1 business day for critical issues– Ongoing support period of 12 months with potential renewal• New website and audit and assessment and remediation of other online media:– Design a new website with content and features that allows the agency to maintain its ability to communicate with and provide information to its stakeholders.– Develop a new website that is visually appealing and user friendly.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
