Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov The City of Oakland's Public Works Department is looking for a vendor, authorized reseller that offers a range of safety equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE) and related supplies, which may include but are not limited to: • WATERPROOF JACKETS • WATERPROOF PANTS • CHEST WADERS • SAFETY VESTS • TRAFFIC SAFETY CONES • HARD HATS • GENERAL RAIN GEAR • GAS MONITORS • SAFETY GLASSES • DEGREASERS • RUBBER BOOTS • GLOVES • HEARING PROTECTION • SPILL CONTROL SUPPLIES The vendor shall provide the City of Oakland with a percentage discount on a Price List and/or Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the products offered. The proposal must include item manufacturers’ name, manufacturer’s product number/identifier, and detailed item description. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
