(1) Vendor needs to provide vending services for snacks, food and beverages to the government authority located Millbrae, CA.– Vending machine product and service providers for placement, beverage and food item stocking, servicing and subsequent removal of vending machines.• Cold beverage vending machines that provide, at minimum, a variety of canned sodas, with both diet and regular selections, juice, and bottled water. • Hot Beverage vending machines that provide hot chocolate, tea, regular and decaffeinated coffee, cream, sugar, with cups. • Snack/food vending machines that provide, at minimum, a variety of products, including healthy snack options, grab–and–go light meal items, chips, pretzels, candy bars and bagged candy, granola bars, cookies, and nuts, including gluten–free options. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 06, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
