TRAVEL-1803 - USA (Camden, New Jersey) - Travel Agency Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide travel agency services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ. – Travel agency services for transportation, lodging and other travel services relating to the agency Extradition services.– The Agency shall directly pay for all third–party travel accommodations (hotel, vehicle rentals, airfare, etc.).– The Agency shall provide user–friendly on–line booking tool for the purposes of making travel reservations as an option for travellers with help desk assistance with online booking at no additional fee.– Provide a 24/7/365 access to a phone number for agency travellers. Agency shall have the capability to notify agency travellers directly of changes/delays affecting their air//hotel/ground transportation reservations.– Changes to trip arrangements shall be made at no additional fee.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28th, 2026.
