(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Akron, OH.• Vacuum and spot–clean carpets in high–traffic areas• Wipe and polish reachable metal surfaces• Empty and clean trash receptacles• Dust pictures; clean glass as needed• Vacuum or brush furniture• Clean entrance glass; spot–clean indoor glass• Spot–clean doors and walls• Dust–mop and auto–scrub hard–surface floors• Wipe down countertops and cabinets (trash cans inside cabinets)• Empty all waste receptacles; replace liners and dispose of waste in building dumpster• Clean and disinfect sinks and water fountains• Inspect window sills for dust, dead bugs, etc. Clean as needed• Clean and disinfect all door handles(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
