(1) Vendor needs to provide sanitary survey training services to the government authority located in New York.– Ground Water Systems course, participants will be able to: – Evaluate ground water supply sources to determine proper protection.– Determine if adequate disinfection procedures are in place.– Recognize proper methods for sampling and field analysis.– Evaluate the adequacy, reliability and safety of the storage and distribution of drinking water to consumers.– Identify cross–connections and evaluate cross–connection control programs.– Identify improper operation and maintenance of water system equipment and components.– Evaluate significant factors related to the security of water system facilities.– Interpret and apply regulations governing small community public water systems with ground water sources, including the identification of related code violations and significant deficiencies and appropriate response to these.– Perform follow–up enforcement measures to ensure water system compliance.
