ANIM-9633 - USA (Texas) - Turnkey Public Art Curatorial and Acquisition Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey public art curatorial and acquisition services.– Provide turnkey public art curatorial, artwork acquisition, project management, transportation, warehousing, installation, and collection stewardship services for public art projects– Potential projects may include, but not limited to murals, sculptures, monuments, gateway installations, art banners, creative crosswalks, illumination–based artwork, temporary exhibitions, and other public art installations.– Artwork may be provided for parks, trails, buses, bicycles, mobility and transportation facilities, County buildings, public spaces, infrastructure, rights–of–way, and other public or privately owned locations or assets authorized by the County for the incorporation or display of artwork.– Artist Selection Services– Art Installation Coordination Services– Artwork Handling and Chain of Custody(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
