Smart IT Tools Holder Pro Software

THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology intends to enter into an agreement with SMART IT Tools, LLC for the one-time purchase of the Holder Pro Software source code, plus a one-year subscription to the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators Eyeball Report Generator with the option to renew for three additional years. Based on the advertising process, no prospective vendor could provide the required product. Therefore, the Department intends to award the Smart IT Tools, LLC. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on September 22, 2026 at 9:30 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until September 25, 2026 at 9:30 A.M. (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
