(1) Vendor needs to provide investigative interview transcription services. – Provide timely, accurate, secure, professionally formatted transcripts suitable for official government case files. – Provide all personnel, equipment, systems, and other resources needed to transcribe furnished audio and video recordings of testimony and investigative interviews. – The contractor shall access only specifically assigned recordings, not other records within an investigative case folder.– The contractor shall maintain records and transcript deliverables on a secure system– Requires professional transcription of approximately 1,400 recorded interviews each year.– Transcription and secure handling of investigative recordings. – Services shall be virtual using a mutually agreed, VA–approved platform.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
