(1) Vendor needs to provide annual security services to the government authority located in Evans, CO. – To provide security for the Municipal Court, Recreation Events, and Facility Rentals.• Court Security Services for the 2027 Calendar Year– Requires 2 armed and city licensed security guards during pre–hearing check–in and throughout court hearings.– Arrival and Event Coverage – Facility and Party Safety– Enforcement Authority– Professional Conduct• Recreation Event Security Services for the 2027 Calendar Year– Security services from 2 armed guards for 4 hours each during the Heritage Day event held in September.– Arrival and Event Coverage– Identification Verification and wrist banding– Monitoring Alcohol Compliance– Facility and Guest Safety– Enforcement Authority– Professional Conduct(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
