DRA-11768 - USA (New Mexico) - Certified Federal Health and Life Safety Code Surveys Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide certified federal health and life safety code surveys services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Provide federal oversight of certified healthcare facilities through completion of recertification surveys and complaint investigations.– Perform the survey and investigation and provide a written report of their survey findings and complaint investigation report.– Conduct recertification surveys and complaint investigations of federally certified healthcare facilities.– Report shall demonstrate a thorough investigation of the allegations, clearly document the investigative activities conducted, identify and include supporting evidence, and provide a compliance determination for each allegation investigated.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 16,2026.
