Full scale testing will occur August 25 thru September 12, 2025 After Phase 1 is complete, an Associated Project titled ”2025-2026 Phase 2- Liquid Emulsion Polymer Bid for the Southerly and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Centers” will be created in the OpenGov system for Bid Submission. Qualified vendors successfully completing both testing stages will be contacted via OpenGov. 2025-2026 Phase 2- Liquid Emulsion Polymer Bid for the Southerly and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Centers Sealed bids will be received by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer before 1:00 pm official local time on the bid opening date indicated below.
