(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated electronic airport management software.– Provide electronic airport management software solutions capable of supporting the Airport's operational, administrative, compliance, and business management functions.– The Airport is interested in integrated, scalable platforms that can modernize existing paper–based processes by providing centralized data management, electronic recordkeeping, workflow automation, reporting, and mobile accessibility.– Solutions should enhance operational efficiency, improve regulatory compliance, streamline business processes, and support informed decision–making across multiple functional areas of the Airport.– The Agency is seeking a flexible solution that can be configured to meet its current operational needs while accommodating future growth, evolving regulatory requirements, and additional functional capabilities.– The system should support secure access, role–based permissions, and efficient collaboration among Airport staff.• Function Requirements– Asset, Maintenance, and Work Management• Electronic tracking and management of airport assets, facilities, and infrastructure.• Work order management and maintenance tracking capabilities.• Ability to assign, monitor, and document corrective actions and maintenance activities.• Mobile capabilities for field personnel to access and update information in real time.C. Document Management and Administrative Support• Centralized electronic storage and management of airport records and documentation.• Conversion and migration of existing paper–based records into an electronic format.• Searchable databases, document retention capabilities, and controlled access.• Workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative processes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
