(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial communication pole work, pole maintenance, emergency call out services, and pole violation remediation services to the government authority located in Sherwood, OR.– Provide comprehensive aerial communication pole work, routine pole maintenance, emergency call–out response, fiber optic splicing services, and remediation of pole violations (including but not limited to National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) violations, joint–use attachment violations, and clearance violations) on utility poles owned, leased, or licensed by the city or by third–party joint–use pole owners. – Pole numbering cross–reference, tagging, and GPS/GIS data collection and reporting for Sherwood Broadband's asset management and mapping system. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
