INSU-6077 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Dental PPO and Dental HMO Plan Services - Deadline June 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dental PPO and dental HMO plan services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.– The current dental administrator manages all employee dental coverage for active employees, pre–65 retirees and post–65 retirees.– Please quote for two dental plans (ASO Dental PPO Plan & Fully Insured DHMO Plan). Proposing vendors quote current plan design options with option to include recommended changes as well as alternative plan options noted in the RFP excel workbook– Selected vendor must have a dedicated support team for PEBC and be compatible with enrollment platforms (Workday, Selerix, & Oracle Fusion.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
