(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan refresh services.– Consultant will work with the agency, superintendent, executive leadership team, and designated district staff to produce a concise, measurable, and actionable refreshed plan that reflects current Board and administration priorities and the changing educational landscape– Evolve established a five–year roadmap centered on four strategic commitments.– Consultant will also prepare and facilitate key planning sessions, synthesize stakeholder feedback, present recommendations– Strategic Framework and Measures: translate findings into a recommended 2027–2030 framework, including any recommended refinements to the vision, mission, guiding principles, commitments, priorities, goals, strategies, and measurable KPIs.(2) A virtual pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
