(1) Vendor needs to provide districtwide vending machine services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Provide reliable, convenient access to snacks/beverages/other products for employees/visitors.– Maintain high equipment uptime and product availability.– Offer healthy and inclusive product options.– Achieve transparent financial reporting and fair commission to the Company.– Equipment Provision & Installation– Supply new or manufacturer–refurbished machines meeting energy efficiency standards (e.g., Energy Star, where applicable).– Provide the monthly electricity cost to run the vending machines that will be offered to the District. This will help the District determine the cost to run the vending machines program.– Stocking & Merchandising– Initial product plan aligned to Company preferences:o Core: chips, candy, cookies, nuts, bottled water, sodas, juices or as requested by school staff.o Healthy: low sugar, low sodium, high–protein, gluten–free, vegan or as requested by the school staff(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
