(1) Vendor needs to provide local and long–distance telecommunication services to the government authority located in Alaska. • Provide essential telecommunication services, local, long distance, and features including support to the 673d medical group and base wide.• Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the operation of the long–distance and local circuits up to its termination point.• Loss or degradation to any single or multiple SIP trunk(s), to include supporting systems infrastructure (Core Unified Communication Servers/ Database/ SAN), supporting wireline/fiber infrastructure, and delivery systems (i.e. MPLS or equivalent) regardless of location
