(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and digital media contractor service.– Provide communications, social media management, graphic design, photography, videography, and website content services in support of city operations, programs, services, events, and public information initiatives.– Website Content Management• Updates: support the maintenance and enhancement of city and tourism website content by creating and updating webpages.• Editing: Editing content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.• Posting: Posting news releases, announcements, event information, and public notices.• Compliance: Ensuring content meets accessibility requirements and website standards established by the city– Social Media Management• Content Planning: Content planning and calendar development.• Asset Creation: Creation of graphics, photographs, and videos.• Scheduling: Drafting and scheduling posts (expected 4–6 posts per week).• Monitoring: Monitoring engagement and comments as directed by the City.• Campaigns: Developing campaigns to enhance community awareness and participation.• Growth: Providing recommendations for audience growth and engagement.– Compliance with City Standards• Branding: utilize only city–approved logos, seals, branding elements, templates, color palettes, typography, and graphic standards.• Policies: follow all city social media policies, communication protocols, records retention requirements, and public information requirements.• Messaging: maintain consistency with the city's established messaging, identity, and communication objectives.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
