(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, hosting and migration service using content management system.– Provide the personnel, technical expertise, project management, systems knowledge, software–development capability, and operational support necessary to maintain a stable, secure, accessible, and high–performing digital environment. – Recurring website operations and technical support routine maintenance, security and software updates, troubleshooting, incident response, minor technical changes, accessibility monitoring, analytics and performance monitoring, source–code and documentation maintenance, project management, and regular reporting.– On–demand assignments including website development and continuous improvements new features, applications, integrations, dashboards, databases, regional rider–information interfaces, fare–system support, redesigns, platform migrations, user research, content migration, and otherdigital work reasonably related to agency responsibilities.– Website development and continuous improvements.– Accessibility, language access, and inclusive digital services.– Data, reporting, public engagement, and transparency.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
