(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, hosting, maintenance and support services Using CMS.• Provide a modern website that functions as both a public information platform and a practical service–delivery tool.• The redesigned site should make it easier for residents, applicants, landlords, partners, vendors, employees, Commissioners, and the general public to locate information, complete common tasks, access external systems, and receive timely notices.• Create an attractive, intuitive, professional, and mobile–first website reflecting agency mission and public–service role.• Improve navigation and reduce the number of steps required to reach high–demand information and services• Provide secure, reliable, high–availability hosting with backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, and documented incident response.• Improve resident, applicant, landlord, vendor, and community self–service through clear pathways, forms, alerts, search, and links to external systems.– Discovery, Assessment and Strategy• Review the existing website, analytics available to, current content, navigation, forms, documents, integrations, accessibility issues, and technical environment.• Identify primary audiences, high–volume tasks, content owners, approval workflows, and business requirements.– User Experience, Information Architecture and Visual Design• Provide homepage and representative interior–page design concepts for review and approval before full development.• Design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices and for current major browsers.• Content Management System• Functional Modules and Public–Facing Features• Community Email Signup and Eblast Communications• Cybersecurity, Privacy and Technical Security(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
