(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–route commodity flow study service to the government authority located in New Mexico. – Provide field surveys of placarded vehicles, analyze flow patterns and risk, and develop GIS–based maps identifying major routes, high–risk areas, and sensitive nearby populations.– include a comprehensive report, map package, and actionable recommendations to improve preparedness and response at the local, tribal, and state levels.– study is designed to produce practical, decision–ready tools that enhance statewide awareness and strengthen ability to prevent, plan for, and respond to hazardous materials transportation incidents.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.
