North Montgomery Community School Corporation (the Applicant) seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible sites and its network head-end, located at located at North Montgomery High School, 5945 Us Highway 231 N, Crawfordsville, IN 47933, beginning 07-01-2027. Sites to be connected to the head-end are: Pleasant Hill Elementary School: 6895 N 100 W, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 Lester B Sommer Elementary School: 3700 Us Highway 136 W, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 Sugar Creek Elementary School: 4702 E 300 N, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 Your proposal should include pricing options for 10 +/-Gbps connections between each endpoint site and the head-end site, and should allow for service level changes to be made to any location during the term of the contract.
