(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based k–12 family two–way multi–language communication solution.– Provide a cloud–based, secure communication platform that enables staff members to communicate seamlessly with parents and guardians, and vice versa– Secure, encrypted two–way communication between teachers and parents/guardians and between administrators and families, at the individual, group, classroom, school, and district levels. This also includes extracurricular clubs and athletic teams not directly tied to rostered groups, as well as stipend staff and volunteers– Real–time, automated, two–way translation of written messages into and out of the languages spoken by District families, supporting at minimum the top languages in the District and extensible to the full set of 78+ languages to the greatest extent technically feasible– Voice–to–text and text–to–voice support so that audio messages and phone–delivered messages can be generated from, or converted to, written text in the recipient’s language– Multilingual text–to–speech for voice/phone broadcasts and emergency messages.– Translation applied consistently across all surfaces: direct messages, broadcasts, newsletters, surveys, sign–ups, scheduling, app interface, and automated/system notifications.– Data hosted within the United States; vendor shall disclose hosting provider(s), data center locations, and any sub processors that store or process District data.– Secure individual logins for all staff users, with support for multi–factor authentication for administrative accounts at a minimum, and ideally for all staff accounts– Ability to attach and deliver documents, photos, and videos within email, text/app messages, newsletters, and posts/boards, athletic playbooks, etc– Message–level and recipient–level delivery, open/read, and response reporting across all channels.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
