Vendor needs to provide conference services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.1. Hotel concessions:– Flat hotel rates preferred.– Rates should include a rebate payable directly for convention center costs or association subsidy. – No charge to distribute hotel room key cards at all hotels.– Three complimentary presidential type suites in the primary hotel arriving Wednesday pre–conference and departing Thursday post–conference.– Complimentary rooms at each hotel in the block for two pre–planning visits.2. Center concessions:– No fees for show management or sponsorship banners and clings designed, installed and dismantled by general contractor. This includes banners or clings inside or outside of the facility.– No fees for show management welcome messages on digital signs.– No fees for show management customized office menus.
