(1) Vendor needs to provide supportive services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.• Provide supportive services such as street outreach, treatment, healthcare, job training, or childcare to sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals and families• provide supportive services, and do not provide housing or housing assistance, such as rental assistance• Proposed projects should provide short–term, housing–focused interventions designed to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness achieve permanent housing stability.• Applicants are encouraged to incorporate low–barrier practices, family engagement and reunification services, case management, employment and income supports, behavioral health services, and other supportive services that promote successful transitions to permanent housing.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
