(1) Vendor needs to provide optimized storage and replenishment solution.– An optimized medical–supply storage and replenishment solution, brand name or equal to the BlueBin 2–Bin Kanban System.– Shall assess the existing medical–supply storage and inventory environment; develop an optimized storage and replenishment design; furnish and install the required storage, bin, labeling, and related physical components; implement standardized two–bin Kanban and barcode–based replenishment workflows; coordinate the authorized exchange of inventory information with the Government’s M–System; provide on–site training; support transition and go–live activities; and perform post–implementation validation and closeout– Resulting solution shall provide with a standardized, sustainable, and highly visual point–of–use inventory–management environment designed to improve inventory visibility, supply availability, replenishment reliability, workflow efficiency, and control of excess, duplicate, and expired inventory.(2) This bid is set aside for Buy Indian set–aside
