(1) Vendor needs to provide secure document and data destruction service to the government authority located in Dover, DE.• Provide secure containers which will be used for the deposit of materials to be transported to the approved location for destruction.– Container Inside Pickup• Vendor provides locking bins and places bins inside facility.• Vendor picks up bins per Agency schedule and exchanges with empty bins.Bin swaps (exchange of full containers for empty containers) shall be treated as standard service and included in the contract pricing. Vendors may not assess additional fees for bin swaps, regardless of frequency or volume. Agencies may request bin swaps in place of scheduled pickups, and vendors must accommodate such requests within the same service timelines and pricing as regular pickups.• Vendor takes weight measurement of shredded material – weight of bin must not be included in this weight.• Vendor provides secure transport to secure destruction facility.– Box Bulk pickup• Vendor picks up boxes from agency loading dock, inside building, or an approved off–site event location as required by agency.• Vendor takes weight measurement of shredded material – weight of bin must not be included in this weight.• Vendor provides secure transport to secure destruction facility.• Vendor provides secure destruction.– Pick up and Secure Transport / Destruction of Haz–Mat Documents• Vendor provides appropriate safety and environmentally compliant transport container / packaging.• Vendor picks up container(s) from Agency.• Vendor takes weight measurement of shredded material – weight of bin must not be included in this weight.• Vendor provides safety and environmentally compliant secure transport to secure destruction facility.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
