(1) Vendor needs to provide brush receiving, processing, and recycling services to the government authority located in Seguin, TX. – Provide municipal brush receiving, processing, grinding, storage, and recycling services.– City collects brush and vegetative debris through its municipal brush collection operations.– Provide an off–site facility capable of receiving, storing, processing, and recycling brush delivered by the city.– Provide the city with a reliable and cost–effective method of managing municipal brush while reducing city equipment maintenance, operating costs, staff time, and the amount of brush material stored and processed at city facilities.– Process accepted municipal brush using commercial grinding, chipping, or another appropriate processing method.– Responsible for the management and operation of the receiving and processing facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
