(1) Vendor needs to provide bus stop sign fabrication services to the government authority located in TN.– Qualified vendors to manufacture, supply, and deliver redesigned bus stop signs and associated mounting hardware.– Provide all materials, fabrication services, and equipment necessary to support installation on existing light poles, metal posts, and other approved mounting surfaces along bus routes.– This procurement covers fabrication only.– Material requirements:– Signs must be fabricated from reflective aluminium, suitable for long‑term outdoor exposure.– All hardware must be compatible with the sign dimensions listed above.– Sign design requirements:– A white bus logo enclosed within a black circle.– The Bus Stop Number, printed clearly and legibly.– The wheelchair accessible logo.– Fabrication requirements:– Signs must be cut to exact dimensions with smooth, finished edges.– Reflective sheeting must be applied uniformly with no bubbling, peeling, or defects.– Printing must be high‑resolution and weather‑resistant.– All signs must be inspected for quality prior to shipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
