(1) Vendor needs to provide technical transportation studies services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.– Transportation consultant teams to provide technical transportation impact analysis services for land use projects and other projects undergoing City review.– The analyses will be used to evaluate a project’s influence on Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) per service population, Vehicle Trips (VT) per service population, multimodal accessibility, proximity to transit and active transportation networks, operational and circulation performance, and other factors, some of which are defined in the City’s Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines. Consultants must demonstrate significant experience preparing transportation studies that support environmental review and entitlement processes for California jurisdictions.– These analyses include assessing vehicle miles travelled and vehicle trips per service population, evaluating access and circulation, reviewing multimodal connectivity, and identifying potential operational or neighbourhood impacts. – All analysis must be completed to meet the City’s expectations for clarity, defensibility, and adherence to the Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines. – Modelling tasks include preparing necessary inputs, running analysis scenarios, summarizing outputs, and documenting assumptions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
