ESTC Fire Training Equipment Storage Building - Site Work and Building Upfit Re-bid

Construction of slab on grade concrete pad, setting anchor bolts and to coordinate with Cirrus Construction, Inc. for the erection of 60' x 60' pre-engineered building. The scope of work will also include interior upfit of the pre-engineered building to address installation of the mechanical ventilation system and unit heaters, placement of three overhead coiling doors, electrical power and overhead lighting.
