(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Washougal, WA. – Provide janitorial services for city facilities and park or public restroom facilities.– Services generally include routine and periodic janitorial and custodial services for eight city facilities and eight park or public restroom facilities.– Services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning and disinfecting; restroom cleaning and sanitation; trash removal; floor and carpet care; interior and exterior glass cleaning; restocking of designated supplies; and other custodial services.(2) Pre–bid non–mandatory meeting will be held on September 23, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
