(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise third party risk management services and solution.– Provide a third–party risk monitoring solution and related services.– Provide a solution that continuously monitors the university's critical third parties and alerts the university to significant risk events, including but not limited to:– Financial instability, bankruptcy, or insolvency.– Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and major investments.– Litigation, regulatory actions, and legal proceedings.– Vulnerabilities of publicly exposed IT assets.– Reputational issues and adverse media coverage.– Geopolitical, environmental, and ESG–related events.– solution should provide visibility into vendor dependencies and fourth–party relationships, support configurable risk scoring and risk tolerance thresholds, and allow notifications to be tailored by vendor, service, risk category, and event severity.– Reporting, dashboards, and integration capabilities are highly desirable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
