The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to Fabricate and Install 11 Welcome to Manchester Signs as detailed in the Gateway Sign Package Bid Construction Details. The contractor shall also be responsible to dismantle, remove and dispose of all existing signs and hardware.
