TRANSPORT-11998 - USA (Conway, South Carolina) - Body Removal and Transport Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide body removal and transport services to the government authority located in Conway, SC.• The provider shall be responsible for tagging and logging in the body/bodies before placement in the morgue and shall be responsible for placing the body/bodies in the cooler.• All bodies must be placed in the supine position and never be placed on the stretcher or in the morgue face down.• The provider shall be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the morgue coolers on a quarterly basis, or as directed by the office.• The successful contractor must maintain telephone service, manned and operated 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, in order to provide immediate transport services.• The contractor must have and maintain at least three service vehicles with two stretchers each, available at all times for immediate service.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
