RFQ: Watershed Based Plan for Allison Creek

The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a SCDES-approved Watershed Based Plan for Little Allison Creek. The City has received a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the S.C. Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) to develop a SCDES-approved Watershed-Based Plan that incorporates the EPA Nine Elements. Therefore, the Code of Federal Regulations 2 CFR 200 is applicable.
