(1) Vendor needs to provide labor compliance services to the government authority located in West Hollywood, CA.– Provide all personnel, supervision, systems, forms, training, monitoring, reporting, and technical assistance necessary to administer labor standards compliance for the project.– Consultant will serve in an advisory and administrative capacity to the city.– City retains all governmental decision–making authority, including determinations regarding contract enforcement, withholding, payment, referral, and acceptance of corrective action.– Consultant shall promptly elevate material issues and provide written recommendations supported by the project record.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
