(1) Vendor needs to provide special redevelopment counsel service to the government authority located in Roseland, NJ.– Provide professional services to the borough to provide legal advice and represent the in redevelopment matters. – The redevelopment attorney shall be responsible for all redevelopment matters. – The representation must be complete representation and include, but not be limited to, providing legal opinions.– The borough against claims that arise relating to the borough redevelopment plans, and negotiations and recommending settlement of claims after review.– Interact with the borough’s administration on related legal issues;– Interact with the borough’s insurance carrier, regarding liability issues;(2) The contract period will be for one year.
