(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Ohio. • Executive recruitment firms to provide comprehensive executive search and recruitment services for the position of chief financial officer (CFO).• Responsible for enterprise–wide financial stewardship, strategy, reporting, compliance, and operational oversight• The position reports to the chief operating officer and provides strategic counsel to the chief executive officer, executive leadership team, and board of commissioners.• Develop and present a customized executive search strategy, including recommended recruitment markets, industry sectors, target organizations, diversity outreach strategies, and anticipated search timeline.• Provide recommendations regarding competitive compensation, market conditions, candidate availability, and other factors that may impact recruitment success.• Conducting a national executive search utilizing the firm's professional networks, executive databases, industry contacts, direct sourcing methods, and targeted outreach.• Advertising the position through appropriate professional associations, executive recruitment platforms, and industry–specific networks, as appropriate.• Candidate screening shall include an assessment of demonstrated experience and competencies• Background Verification and Reference Checks• Provide current market data and compensation intelligence relevant to comparable executive–level financial leadership positions.• Search Reporting and Communication(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
