(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX. – Services will support new construction and major renovations, with the goal of providing safe, durable, code–compliant, and well–coordinated structural systems. Work may include assessment and evaluation of existing or proposed structural systems; preparation of design documents; interdisciplinary coordination with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines; construction–phase services, including site visits, submittal and request for information reviews, and field observations; and project close–out and warranty follow–up services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
