(1) Vendor needs to provide neuropsychological evaluation services to the government authority located in Mamaroneck, NY.– Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of students referred by the District.– Review relevant educational records, previous evaluations, intervention data, medical information, and other documentation as appropriate.– Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment instruments to evaluate cognitive, academic, executive functioning, attention, memory, language, social–emotional, adaptive, and behavioural functioning, as appropriate to the referral question.– Prepare written reports that clearly summarize assessment findings, diagnostic impressions, educational implications, and recommendations.– Consult with District staff and parents regarding evaluation results and recommendations.– Provide services in a timely manner consistent with District timelines and legal requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
