TRANS-3027 - USA (Texas) - Closed Captioning Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide closed captioning services.                             – To provide comprehensive real–time stenographic closed captioning services for live broadcasts, recorded programs, and post–production content produced by various City departments.– To perform Basic Services and Special Services consisting of real–time stenographic writing service for simultaneous captioning of “live“ productions, and a post–production stenographic writing service to enable compliant captioning of off–line programs prepared and edited.– The city will provide the hardware necessary to insert the encoded captions into the Municipal Channel's program video path.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
