EXTRA-73858 - USA (New Jersey) - Professionals Actuary, Auditor, Treasurer and Attorney Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professionals actuary, auditor, treasurer and attorney service to the government authority located in New Jersey. • Review all new applicants to the fund, compute annualized loss projections by line of coverage and assist the fund's executive director in developing an appropriate assessment.• Review all expense payment vouchers, checks and receipts prior to presentation of the bills list to the Executive Committee.• Fund claim imprest accounts in amounts requested by Third Party Claims Administrators.• Reconcile all checking and investment accounts prior to submittal of monthly reports to the Executive Committee and Executive Director/Administrator.• Implement corrective action plans adopted by the Executive Committee for audit comments and recommendations.• Review Payee Positive Pay on all accounts that issue checks• Check bank accounts daily and Notify Bank immediately if suspicious activity is detected.• Coordinate the handling of litigated claims with the Claims Service Company and with attorneys approved by the FUND.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 17, 2026.
