24C3, Warehouse Walk-in Freezer and Refrigerator

General work description: The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor(s) to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and any incidentals necessary for one (1) walk-in freezer and one (1) walk-in refrigerator for a complete and finished project for Frederick County Public Schools. This bid will be for an installation at the new FCPS Warehouse which never had an existing unit. The qualified contractor will also furnish labor and parts for the warranty life of the units and cooler boxes. Attached is Exhibit A the floor plan for the new warehouse and exhibit B, a conceptual drawing of dimensions of the walk-in freezer and refrigerator. Equipment provided, and installed under this bid must include self-contained floor as part of the Walk-in Refrigerator and Walk-in Freezer. This bid will require the winning bidder to provide design, permitting, and installation services for all work required under this bid.
