(1) Vendor needs to provide neighborhood resilience networks program project implementation consultant services to the government authority located in Colrain, MA.– The seed project for the towns will implement a Neighborhood Resilience Networks program that will build stronger relationships between neighbours, help residents get support for their neighbourhoods’ needs, and improve emergency preparedness and response.– This program, groups of neighbours will receive training, funding, and other forms of support to help them build hyper–local resilience. – The Neighborhood Resilience Networks will help people feel more connected to each other, develop residents' mutual support capabilities, and augment the limited capacity of the towns' governments.– This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
